WEEK 1

Week 1 focusses on our 'Mindset'. 

In the majority of cases, we know what we *should* be eating, it's our mindset that sabotages our success, so the videos in Week 1 will help to give you clarity, purpose & drive versus motivation, which is short-lasting.

The workouts will be 60-90 minutes 4x per week and a gym will be required for equipment.

WEEK 2

Week 2 focusses on 'What To Eat'.

Every reduced-calorie diet is catabolic, meaning the diet can cause you to lose muscle. This is largely due to the fact that you are consuming less energy, so your body relies on other tissue (i.e., protein) to serve as an energy source. Ketosis has a protein-sparing effect, assuming that you are consuming adequate quantities of protein and calories—0.7-1 grams per pound of body weight per day. This means that it will preserve your muscle mass.
